Host Jesse Palmer outlined the day's plans: two group dates and one-on-one dates with a twist — if someone didn’t receive a rose during their solo date, they would be sent home immediately. The first group date was a senior prom, during which Chock had a solo date with Joan at Disneyland and received a rose, while Jonathan was crowned Prom King and also earned a rose. The second group date involved a talent show. Michael, feeling excited about spending time with Joan, chose to read a romantic poem, while others performed various talents like juggling and sock puppet skits. However, Dan’s ribbon dancing routine won him the challenge, securing him a one-on-one dinner with Joan and a rose.
