Release Jaw Tension with this Self-Massage Technique

Do you clench your jaw? If so, watch this video! The muscles of your jaw are often overworked and under pampered, which can often lead to fatigue, headaches, teeth grinding, or even TMJ. Good news: there is a way you can show some love to these muscles and it only takes a few minutes. Grab a therapy ball, tennis ball, or you can use your hands (watch to the end of the video to see how). You can do practice this self-massage routine ANYWHERE and it’s SUPER relaxing!
