Join me, as I prepare a seafood dinner for New Year's Eve. We'll make mignonette for the oysters, fresh pasta with prawns, and many martinis! We didn't eat the main course until 1am, what a wonderful first meal in 2024. I am full of gratitude for all the little and big things in my life.
