Elvis Presley - In The Ghetto - 19 February 1971, Midnight Show (Final Time Performed Live)

Mac Davis' "In The Ghetto' is one of the most iconic and recognisable of Elvis Presley's back catalogue and an absolute classic. I have previously other videos of this song from my YouTube channel giving detailed background to the song itself so in this instance I'll stick to this performance itself. Having included the recently recorded 'In The Ghetto' in his setlist for his return to live performing on 31 July 1969 he retained it for both his second stint in Vegas during Jan/Feb 1970 and for his landmark first appearance in The Houston Astrodome it was included just once in his following August Las Vegas engagement. The solitary August 70 performance, the famous rendition with the Red Ladder suit , from 13 August DS would be followed by him including it in some of the shows for his second tour. After this tour however it would be sung just once, this performance in Las Vegas during the Midnight show of 19 February 1971.
