My family loves to have it in breakfast as toasts & sandwiches Trust me, Homemade breads are the best👌 Multiseed Bread - No Yeast & No Knead Measurement cup -200 ml(130gms) Ingredients : MULTI-SEEDS : Pumpkin seeds – 1/4th cup Sunflower seeds – 1/4th cup Black sesame seeds – 2 tbsp White sesame seeds - 2 tbsp TO MAKE FLAX EGG : Flaxseed powder – 1 tbsp Water – 4 tbsp BREAD DOUGH : Extra light Olive Oil or Refined oil (Odourless) – 1/4th cup Honey/Maple syrup – 2 tbsp Jaggery powder – 2 tsp Buttermilk – 1 + ½ cup Wheat flour(atta) – 2 cups Baking powder – 1 tsp Baking soda – ½ tsp Salt – ½ tsp Method : Roast the seeds for 5 mins on medium flame & keep aside Mix flax seed powder & water.Let it rest for 5 mins till thickens & jelly like texture. Add honey, olive oil, jaggery Powder, Buttermilk & whisk for 2 mins Sieve wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, add roasted multi seeds & combine gently. Bread batter will be thick. Dont-Overmix. Line & Grease a 8/9 inch baking tin & immediately pour in the bread batter. Bake in a pre-heated oven @ 175*C for 50 mins. Once baked, brush with butter & cover with a damp cloth & let it rest for 6 hrs. Slice & enjoy ✨Flavourful Tips All ingredients should be on room temperature You can swap Wheat flour(atta) with APF(maida) Don’t over-mix the batter. It will lead to a dense bread Immediately bake it. For perfect slices, slice the bread after 6 hrs.
