12 8 21 Advent Midweek

During Advent this year we meditate on the theme of “Holy Darkness” as our Lord comes to us in the darkness and fears of our lives, transforming our darkness with divine light and grace. In the beginning God created both darkness and light, holding them together in creation. In Samuel and Mary, the Lord came changing the darkness of their fears into faith and lives of service. May God guide us through every dark valley giving hope, and may we learn to walk with others in their doubts and fears.
