Balaraju seeks revenge after an insult and plots to marry Chinna Babu's daughter, Vidya Jyothi, to the unsuitable Balu, an herb-selling fraudster. A misunderstanding leads Balu to Divya, Pedda Babu's daughter, while Balaraju involves Badri, a pimp, in the plan. Both Balu and Badri impersonate billionaire Jamindar's sons, impressing the families and making Divya and Vidya fall for them.
