God, speaking in Isaiah 46:10 Says "Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things that are not yet done, Saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, And I will do all My pleasure,’" God is a God Who keeps declaring; and what He declares is "the end from the beginning". God declares how things are in Heaven, not how they seem to be on earth, and He has told us to copy Him, and do what He does. "Therefore be imitators of God [copy Him and follow His example], as well-beloved children [imitate their father]." Ephesians 5:1 AMPC We therefore, need to imitate this character of Our Father, because when we declare things in Faith, we initiate a process that always produces a harvest. God Says: "Before they spring forth, I Declare It.". So once we declare our Victories, they are guaranteed to Spring Forth.
