Ingredients: 🐔 Chicken liver 🥕 Carrot 🧅 Onion 🍄 Mushrooms 🫒 Oil 🧂 Salt, pepper to taste 🥞 Crepes for serving (or bread, crackers) Instructions: Sauté the vegetables: Finely chop the onion and sauté it in oil. Add grated carrot and chopped mushrooms. Cook everything together for 10-15 minutes over medium heat. Cook the liver: In a separate pan, sauté the chicken liver with salt and pepper. Cook until fully done. Blend the mixture: Blend the cooked liver along with any released juices until smooth. Add the sautéed vegetables and mix everything well. Storage & Serving: Store the pâté in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Serve with crackers, bread, or, as I prefer, with crepes 🥞 (recipe in the previous video). This creamy and flavorful pâté is a perfect addition to breakfast or a quick snack.
