CMPD Outstanding Officer: Raphael Torres

Meet Metro Division Officer Raphael Torres. He was alerted to a sexual assault call in the area of Southwest Boulevard. Officer Torres canvassed the area and located a victim and suspect. The suspect fled on foot and was caught after a short pursuit. Officer Torres followed up after the arrest to make sure 1st degree rape & kidnapping charges were filed.
