In this video, you will find: -The First Reading -Responsorial Psalm -The Second Reading -Gospel Reading Reflections The family is where we first learn about God. It is also where we first learn about love. God has willed that every human being should come from a family so that we may know how to love. While no family is perfect, our relationships with our family members teach us how to value other people. It enables us to see that we are part of other people’s lives. In our journey together, we need God’s grace to grow in love as a family. Only He can sustain us with the strength we need to keep on loving despite all the challenges coming our way. It is like the holy family of Mary, Joseph and Jesus. They had to go through very difficult times even when Jesus was still a child. But through it all, God was with them. And they endured every hardship because they did not lose hope, faith and love. It is not easy to live a holy life in today’s world. But if we allow God to bless our family, we can have the strength to help each other. Our family could then be like a small Church, a place of refuge against the many storms of life.
