Keep the racket up at all time 2. Use ‘che-che’ no heels must touch the ground 3. Small racket movement ============================================================================== DESCRIPTION This exercise will help you to control the offensive part of the net. Using small movements and quite fast footwork will enhance you as an offensive player in doubles. Each time you must block the first and kill the second, in both sides. Feeding: 12 or 16 shuttles. The first shuttle must be feeded fast and the second aswell. Then the player changes side, and the feeder does the same. Remember to give the player time to change side. Repeats: 2-3 times to make this exercise most efficient. You must take turns - change after every turn. Players: 2-3 players, if 3 players - one player collect the shuttles.
