Trader Joe's Vegan Thanksgiving Dinner 2020 | Turkeyless Roast Review

Today we are kicking it semi-homemade as I show you how to make an easy vegan Thanksgiving feast. I will show you some of my favorite Trader Joe's hacks to make an incredible Thanksgiving dinner. I will also put their Turkeyless Roast to the test and give you an honest review. These vegan holiday recipes are the perfect thing to make your 2020 Thanksgiving memorable. Scroll down for the recipes! //CAMERA GEAR// Lights- https://amzn.to/32Lz3Xo Tripod- https://amzn.to/3hTrK6m Microphone- https://amzn.to/34Rajj7 Audio Recorder- https://amzn.to/3gRmLlh //ESSENTIALS// Global Knife- https://amzn.to/2YUfYku Kitchen Scale- https://amzn.to/3jO4GXh Cast Iron Skillet- https://amzn.to/31NgSkA Cutting Board- https://amzn.to/31R2qIC //RECIPES// Sourdough Stuffing 1 TJ's Sourdough Loaf, cubed 2 tablespoons evoo 1 16 oz container Mirepoix 2 tablespoons garlic, minced 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced 1 tablespoon fresh thyme 1 tablespoon fresh sage, minced 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 tablespoon nooch 2 cups vegetable stock Leave bread over night to get stale or toast for 15 minutes at 375, tossing midway. Heat a pot and add in olive oil and mirepoix. Cook for 8 minutes over medium heat. Add in garlic, herbs, and spices and cook for 2 minutes. Add stock and bread and mix well. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Roasted Brussels Sprouts 1 bag brussels sprouts 2 tablespoons evoo 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Cut brussels in half and trim ends. Mix all ingredients together. Place brussels cut side down on a parchment lined sheet tray. Roast at 425 for 22 minutes. Herbed Crescent Rolls 1 can TJ's Crescent Rolls 1 sprig fresh rosemary, picked 3 sprigs fresh thyme, picked 2 tablespoons fresh sage, picked evoo for brushing Place herbs on crescent rolls. use a rolling pin to press them down. Flip over and roll into desired shape. Place onto parchment lined sheet tray. Brush with evoo. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
