We all get tired of feeding and discarding the sourdough starter, especially if we do not bake often. Today I am going to show you how to keep our starter alive and healthy with less feeding and NO DISCARDING at all. I have been using this technique for many years, and I would like to share it to my sourdough friends. My sourdough recipe requires 150 g of starter. I feed it twice.
