I honestly don't think that anyone will manage to go through life untouched in some way by this facet of mental health. In this video we set out to show how mental health is like the weather, sometimes sunny, some times there is a bit of drizzle, but occasionally it feels like your head is in a tropical storm. Everyone is different in what they are able to, or feel able to shoulder alone when it comes to mental health - here we set out factors that might make people consider whether they actually need to talk to someone else and get support for their mental health.
