
Easy Lemon Cake Recipe—Soft, Tangy & Perfectly Sweet!
A soft, moist, and tangy lemon cake—simple but SO good! 🍋 Light, fresh, and topped with a sweet lemon glaze, this is my go-to recipe when I want something easy but packed with flavor. 🏆 Ingredients for the cake: 150g flour 113g sugar 1 tsp baking powder 3 eggs 75g melted butter 🧈 Zest & juice of 1 lemon 🍋 🏆 For the glaze: 50g powdered sugar Juice of ½ lemon 🏆 How to make it: 1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a cake pan. 2️⃣ Zest the lemon & extract the juice. 3️⃣ Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add eggs one by one, then mix in the melted butter, zest, and lemon juice. 4️⃣ Pour the batter into the pan & bake for 40 minutes. 5️⃣ For the glaze: Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice until smooth. 6️⃣ Once the cake is fully cooled, drizzle the glaze on top for a fresh, sweet finish.
