Leave some whole. 2 tbsp psyllium husks 1 tsp (5 g) baking powder A pinch of salt Mix well 190 ml water Add chia seeds Mix well. Let swell for 15 minutes. 50 g sunflower seeds Lightly toast 1 tbsp hemp seeds Add toasted sunflower seeds Shape into a loaf Grease the top with water Sprinkle with sesame seeds Bake for 70 minutes at 180 Β°C Let the bread cool after baking.
