Boudin Cornbread Dressing

Boudin Cornbread Dressing is a Cajun take on a normal cornbread stuffing, you add the boudin (a pork and rice product ) and peppers and onions. It is real flavorful . My husband comes from Texas and has eaten Boudin and other Cajun type food, but this was new to him and he really loves it so I’m sure it will be a staple in our holiday meals from now on. If you try it, please let me know what you think.
