Heat on medium flame. Prepare Leaves: Take fresh guava leaves and curry leaves, grind them into a paste. Add Paste & Turmeric: Add the leaf paste to the oil mixture, followed by turmeric powder. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until the color changes slightly. Strain the Oil: Once the mixture is cooked, strain the oil to remove the leaf particles. Cool & Refrigerate: Let the oil cool slightly, then refrigerate for a few hours until it solidifies.
