Hi guys!! After getting so many requests to show my workout routine, its finally here!! (one of my workout routines) Thank you all so much for watching, I hope you enjoyed my first workout video! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WARM UP; 5 to 10 min. (depending on what your comfortable with) LEGS, HIPS & BUTT; Everything 3x20 (each leg) INTERVAL; 30 sec normal tempo then 30 sec high tempo (so 60 sec total) take a 30 sec break and then move on to next exercise.
