This is a course designed for men and women to help them form the habit of working out regularly. Getting regular exercise keeps you healthy, helps you lose weight and increases your physical and mental endurance. In this course, I will teach you how to get over the 3 phases that people go through when they think about making fitness a part of their daily life. The first phase is characterized by limiting beliefs and lack of confidence that prevent you from getting started in the first place. The second phase is the trouble most of us have staying regular with exercise. This is the phase where you find yourself coming up with a variety of excuses to skip workouts. The third phase is the slump you get into after skipping workouts for a while. The work we will do will be simple, say, 5 minutes a day that will help you get past the obstacles in each phase.
