Family of 6 weekly Grocery Haul and Meal Plan. Plus, how I eat to lose weight.

Here's the food I bought from Walmart to feed my family this week. I hope you get some simple meal plan inspo ✨️ I'm currently on a weight loss/healthy journey. In this video I share how im currently eating daily and losing weight consistently. I lost 5lbs in January and I have a goal of 10lbs for February. Pray for me lol Breakfast- either Oats with fruit and eggs or yogurt, or I just eat protein like hard boiled eggs or sausage. Sometimes, I add veggies because they keep me fuller longer Lunch- a protein source with a carb filled vegetable and one or several low-carb vegetables. I flavor my meals well with sauces, cheese, butter, ghee, and seasonings. Dinner- a protien source with several low carb vegetables. Again, making sure everything is delicious lol One key to sticking to my meal style is abstaining from all highly palatable foods. Whenever I do indulge in something highly processed and addictive, it takes me a couple days to get back on track. I did a couple times in January, and this month 🤣😶 But, I want to eat this way for life so currently, I'm avoiding those foods all together. At least until I reach my goals. Another key is making sure I'm full and satisfied by my food.
