Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 3 cups flour 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder pinch of salt 1 cup packed virgin coconut oil 1 1/3 cups coconut or other soy milk nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips as desired Combine flour with salt and baking powder. Cut into it the oil using a pastry cutter, leaving pea-size chunks. Add milk and mix lightly, don't overmix or knead, just enough to hold together. Mix in the added goodies as desired. Pat or roll out 1/2" thick. Cut into triangles or circles. Bake in hot oven for about 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown.
