Budget Building: Modern UW Control

A viewer shipped me a partially built UW list they had and wanted to see how competitive it could be without putting more money in. So I played a league using only the staples they gave me and about $50 worth of cards to fill out the rest of the list and the sideboard. Was interesting to see how competitive this deck could be!
