Suspect named in Old West End Festival shooting, Toledo police issue warrants for arrest

Toledo police have named one of the suspects in the Old West End Festival shooting, which injured 12 people on Saturday. Police said in a social media post that they have issued warrants for the arrest of Ka Nye Taylor, a 20-year-old. Police said Taylor is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted on 11 counts of felonious assault, police said. A second suspect is also being sought, but has not been identified.
