Citizen's Academy 11/2016

Last night the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office kicked of its next Citizen’s Academy. Sheriff Randy Smith welcomed the 27 participants, thanking them for their interest in the agency and the safety of this parish. The four-week course will educate the participants on the inner workings of the various departments of the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office. It will culminate with a graduation ceremony in November. We will follow the participants through the course with photos and brief descriptions on our Facebook page. Thank you to everyone who showed an interest in our Citizen’s Academy. We hope to host one each year.
