The man accused of storming the White House Correspondents Dinner is set to be arraigned in a federal court in Washington Monday. Allen traveled cross-country by rail and stayed at the Washington Hilton before the attack, and his exact targets and motives weren’t clear. Allen faces two federal charges and additional charges are expected, with a scheduled arraignment in federal court in Washington.
