#MyLifeMyRight : Homosexuality criminalised

In a major blow to the LGBT community in India the Supreme Court on Wednesday (December 11)set aside the Delhi High Court judgement which had decriminalised gay sex. "There is no constitutional infirmity in section 377 ofIPC which makes gay sex an offence punishable with upto life imprisonment.
