I-75 North Re-opened to Traffic After Crash
Traffic is now moving on Interstate 75 after being shut down for more than three hours Monday morning. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the wreck involved two tractor trailers. The incident is actually being investigated as two separate crashes. One of the trucks was blocking the road and forced police to shut down the interstate around 5:00 am. One of the truck drivers was flown by LifeForce to Erlanger Medical Center. No word on their condition at this time. Traffic was diverted onto Lee Highway at mile marker 11 for about three and a half hours.
