The Article 10 process of the siting board for Alle-Catt Wind project: 117 turbines 600 feet tall with setbacks of 660 feet from property lines and 1200 from homes in towns of Arcade (Wyoming County), towns of Centerville & Rushford (Allegany County) and the towns of Farmersville and Freedom (Cattaraugus County).
