Garlic bun unik dengan inti krim keju yang sedikit manis ala Korea yang pernah viral dahulu dengan bun homemade yang mudah disediakan menggunakan breadmaker dan hanya sekali sahaja waktu proofing. Kali ini saya buat versi mini, sesuai juga untuk jualan dan snek untuk jamuan bagi yang tak suka snek manis. Rasa garlic bun ini tidak muak, kerana toppingnya tidak menggunakan telur, sedap dinikmati ketika hangat kerana tekstur luarnya garing sementara bahagian dalam bun lembut, ditambah pula dengan inti krim keju yang mewah. Jumlah Hidangan : 19 biji (40 gm setiap bun) 🍀BUN : (+-) 148 ml susu segar/ susu sejat/ susu penuh krim (sejuk) | 1/2 cawan & 1.5 sudu besar 125 ml air sejuk (dari peti ais) | 1/2 cawan 35 gm gula pasir | 3 sudu besar 2 sudu teh yis segera 315 gm tepung roti | 2.5 cawan 65 gm tepung gandum | 1/2 cawan 3/4 sudu teh garam pink 50 gm marjerin/ mentega lembut | 3 sudu besar & 1 sudu teh 🍀INTI : 250 gm krim keju 30 gm susu pekat manis | 1.5 sudu besar 1/2 sudu teh parsley kering 🍀SAPUAN : 125 gm mentega/ marjerin cair | 1/2 cawan & 1 sudu besar 3-4 ulas bawang putih (parut/cincang halus) 2 sudu teh parsley kering 1/2 sudu besar susu pekat manis 1 sudu besar susu sejat/susu segar/susu penuh krim SUHU MEMBAKAR BUN : 190℃, 18 ke 20 minit, sehingga keemasan, api atas bawah. Panaskan ketuhar 10 ke 15 minit. SUHU MEMBAKAR KALI KEDUA : 180℃, 10-15 minit, sehingga warna sedikit gelap & harum, api atas bawah. These buns are so addicting and not overly rich in flavor because the topping is eggless. They're best enjoyed warm as the crust is crispy with soft, fluffy inside. Happy baking! Yield : 19 pcs (40 gm each) 🍀BUN : (+-) 148 ml cold milk | 1/2 cup & 1.5 tbsp 125 ml cold water | 1/2 cup 35 gm granulated sugar | 3 tbsp 2 tsp instant yeast 315 gm bread flour | 2.5 cups 65 gm all purpose flour | 1/2 cup 3/4 tsp salt 50 gm margarine/ soft butter | 3 tbsp & 1 tsp 🍀FILLING : 250 gm cream cheese 30 gm sweetened condensed milk | 1.5 tbsp 1/2 tsp dried parsley 🍀TOPPING : 125 gm melted margarine/ butter | 1/2 cup & 1 tbsp 3-4 cloves garlic (grated/ minced) 1 tbsp milk 1/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk 2 tsp dried parsley BAKING TEMPERATURE (BUN) | 190℃, 18 to 20 minutes until golden, top & bottom heat mode. Oven preheated for 10-15 minutes. BAKING TEMPERATURE (SECOND BAKE) : 180℃, 10 to 15 minutes until golden & fragrant, top & bottom heat mode.
