The Walking Dead Telltale Game Walkthrough S4E4 "Take Us Back" (No Commentary)

Summary With their enemies' base destroyed, Clementine, AJ, and the others make one final, dangerous journey back to Ericson as the threat of both the dead and the living sets upon them. Bobby G's Thoughts Here is my walkthrough of The Walking Dead, an episodic adventure video game developed and published by Telltale Games. This is the definitive edition version of the game. This game is so fun and I'm glad to be able to play it! I hope you guys enjoy this walkthrough. This is the fourth and final episode of the fourth and final season of the game! Well guys... we did it. We made it to the final episode of the Walking Dead Telltale Game Series! What an honor to play all four seasons and the two spin-offs of the game! I never thought I would actually finish the entirety of the game series, but I did and I am happy with that accomplishment! Haha! The final episode started off right after where the last episode left off, after the raider's ferryboat exploded. Clementine, AJ, Louis, Violet (who is blinded after the explosion), James, and the other children managed to escape from the burning boat. With Lilly and her crew dead, it seems the threat is finally over. They make one final trip back home but they first had to make it through a cave. James quarrels with Clementine over AJ killing Lilly and Clementine gets onto AJ after claiming he "liked" it, even if that is not what she taught him. Despite this, my version of Clem here trusts AJ with his gun. James aids in their escape and that was the last we saw of him. We dunno what happened to him afterward, but lets hope he's okay because that is a lot of walkers coming and I don't think he made it out of there. Afterward, Clem, AJ, and Tenn reunited with Louis and make their way home. However, on their way home and on a partially collapsed bridge, they were suddenly attacked by Minerva, who survived the boat explosion, but is bitten by walkers during the beginning of the episode, and is dying. She led the walker horde towards them with her singing, the same song that Louis played on the piano in the last episode (or the same song Violet sang if she was saved during Episode 2). Clem fights Minnie, but got slashed on her ankle. OUCH! That's gotta hurt! Clem, Louis, and AJ tried to get Tenn to move but is too stunned to move. Since I had Clem trust AJ, he had the confidence to make hard decisions, so he shoots Tenn to save Louis's life. If Clem didn't trust him, Tenn would have been saved, but Louis (or Violet if she's the love interest or have saved her in episode 2) were killed. Then while trying to escape a horde of Walkers, Clem was bitten by one! I was shocked when I saw that. They wanted to end this game series with a shocking moment, so yeah, Clem got bit on the same foot that she was slashed at! That is a very unlucky foot man. LOL! Sorry, sorry! xD! Anyway, Clem and AJ took shelter in Jame's barn and is surrounded by walkers. Clem urged AJ to escape by covering himself in walker guts and then asks him to kill her so she will not turn, in a scene very similar to the Lee death scene in Season 1. I'll admit that I didn't cry that much in that scene, because I knew Clem makes it out okay in the end after AJ chopped her leg off, but it was still an emotional scene regardless. Then we get a brief flashback of Clementine saving AJ from the Ranch as mentioned throughout the game. After that, we get to briefly play as Alvin Jr in the epilogue and Clem is revealed to be alive, but her bitten leg is amputated! Thank heavens she's okay! The two of them are now at peace in their new home at the school! I'm so happy for all of them! After that, we get a pretty cool credits visual when AJ enters into the school and to his room. I liked that a lot! It felt so rewarding to me after playing through the whole game! And with that, my walkthrough of this amazing game is finished! Thank you all for being on this road with me!
