老黄瓜老火汤 (Yellow Cucumber Soup) 材料:水 4.5L/老王瓜 1k/黄豆 200克/汤骨/排骨 300克/玉竹少许/红枣 八粒/吊片少许/枸杞 10粒左右 调味料:盐/鸡精 步骤: 1. 首先将汤骨焯水。 2. 接着水滚了后加入所有的材料慢火煲2小时左右。 3. 最后起锅前5分钟加入盐1茶匙以及鸡精2茶匙就完成了。 Ingredients: Yellow Cucumber 1k/Soybean/Soup Bone/Polygonatum Odoratum/Red dates/Sleeve Fish/Lycium barbarum Seasoning: Salt/ Chicken Stock Steps: 1.
