Ingredients: β 250 gm paneer, cut into small cubes β 2 medium onions, chopped β 2 medium capsicums (any color), chopped β 4-5 garlic cloves, minced β 1 tablespoon ginger paste β 1 teaspoon soy sauce β 1 teaspoon vinegar β 1 teaspoon chilli sauce β Salt, to taste β 2 tablespoons butter or oil β Chopped spring onions and chillies, for garnish β Croissants β 100 gm fried noodles β Chopped vegetables (bell peppers, carrot, and cabbage) Instructions: 1. Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium flame. 2. Add chopped onions, capsicums, and garlic. SautΓ© until the vegetables are tender-crisp. 3. Add ginger paste, soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, and cumin powder. Mix well. 4. Add the paneer cubes and stir gently to coat with the sauce. 5. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the paneer is well coated and the sauce thickens. 6. Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped spring onions and chillies. For Chinese Bhel: 1. Take fried noodles and add chopped vegetables (bell peppers, carrot, and cabbage). 2. Add Szechuan sauce, soy sauce, and salt, then mix well. For the Sandwich: 1. Slice the croissant and toast the inner side until golden brown. 2. Apply a layer of Szechuan chutney and place the paneer chilly on top. 3. Top with crunchy fried noodles for extra crunch. 4. Cover with the other half of the croissant and serve with Chinese bhel.
