And for spices, I used 2 tsp. Cinnamon, a pinch of Salt, and 1 tsp. Vanilla. But, feel free to add the spices you LOVE! 📌Chocolate Cobbler Recipe: 1 stick of Salted Butter (melted in a 9x13" baking dish (Cobbler) -1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour -1/2 tsp Salt -2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder -1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar -1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar -3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder -1 Cup Milk -1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Sugar Topping) -1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar -1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar -1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder (Boiling water to pour over the top) -1 3/4 Cup Boiling Hot Water ***melt butter in baking dish. While that's melting, start on the cobbler. Mix together Cobbler ing. in a large bowl. Then, Spoon into baking dish, on top of melted butter, but do not stir. In a separate bowl. make sugar topping. Mix Sugars, and cocoa powder, but dont add the water just yet. sprinkle dry sugar mixture over the cobbler. Then gently pour over the boiling hot water. Bake at 350 degrees fpr 40-50 min., or until the top forms a crust. Top with ice cream and ENJOY! 📌Pumpkin Magic Bars Recipe: https://www.sixsistersstuff.com/recip... 📌Apple Enchiladas Recipe: https://sugarapron.com/2016/08/03/app... 📌Pumpkin Pound Cake Recipe: -1 1/2 cups, room temp salted Butter -1 Cup granulated Sugar -2 cups packed brown sugar -5 Eggs, room temperature 3 cups (390g) all purpose flour -1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice -2 tsp Cinnamon -1/4 tsp salt -1 1/4 cups Pumpkin Puree -2 tsp vanilla extract MAPLE CINNAMON GLAZE: -1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar -1 tsp Cinnamon -1/8 tsp Salt -4 Tbsp Melted Butter -1/3 Cup Maple Syrup -1 tsp Maple Extract (or you can use vanilla extract) -1 tsp or so of milk if needed ***To a stand mixer, add room temperature butter and both sugars. Mix and cream together until light and fluffy. This will take about 5 minutes. Next add salt, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla extract and pumpkin puree. Mix until well combined. Scrape the bowl down to make sure everything gets mixed in well. Then, with mixer running, add eggs in, one at a time. Making sure to mix well after each addition. Scrape down bowl. Lastly, with the mixer on LOW speed, slowly add in all purpose flour, and mix until "just" combined. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 75-85 minutes. Allow cake to cool before adding glaze. To make the glaze, whisk ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add milk if you'd like a thinner consistency. Pour on top of cake. Then ENJOY! ⭐SUBSCRIBE!
