The aim was to create a festive menu either as an alternative Christmas lunch or as a fantastic feast to enjoy over the festive holidays. A bit about Chef James Peck The visionary behind Ember, a multi-award-winning fire-cooking restaurant in Wellingborough, recently celebrated in OpenTable's top 100. James's passion for cooking over live fire started during his Army service, before refining his craft in prestigious London kitchens. His talent shone on The Brigade TV show, where Michelin-star chef Jason Atherton selected him to lead in the grand finale. Today, alongside running Ember, James is the proud owner of Number 13 and The Four Pears in Little Houghton.
