How To Setup A Simple Home Lab Using Active Directory (VM Virtualbox, Adding Users with PowerShell)

Hello all, welcome to my first video of my youtube channel. In this video I'm going to BRIEFLY skim through on how i managed to run a home lab active directory project using virtual box. I managed to use the VM on top of utilizing windows 10 and Server 2019. What i managed to do is prioritize my network as a domain controller to run a cycle command of using windows powershell to create 1k accounts to be used as a mini account network database. Pretty much to sum it up it's a test to bring 1,000 account users using the internet nework to communicate with the internal network to route domain as the main core function to transfer the data from end to the other. The main goal is to function the software components of the test to create a network DHCP scope to group all the accounts together into one domain network controller. Once the test is over, i was able to run any account on my client virtual machine instance to login whatever account i had listed in the documentation to make it easier to the point where you can login with whatever name listed in the notepad doucment to login into the client network database to manage all users under one umbrella of network functions. Much credit to ‪@JoshMadakor‬ for making this initial test to begin with. He has all the information to give out on how to properly establish this. So please go watch his video linked down below to get started on this lab efficiently. This is a brief summary with everything i managed to get done from his video he made. So this is just a brief breakdown of what i did to create this lab i did. Here's the links listed to get started with everything including josh's video he made in the past. Hope you guys enjoy this video and i will come out with more projects or videos in the future to break down more complex issues. Thanks for watching!
