There are few special trucks out there that I can think of. The Coca-Cola Truck, The Optimus Prime Truck, but another special one that comes to mind is a LEGO Yellow Delivery Truck which has the duty of delivering brand new LEGO sets to the nearest LEGO store! This micro-scaled creation of mine is based on the LEGO Yellow Delivery Truck Set 60440 which was released in a new variant in 2024.
