10 Killed in Gas Refinery Fire near Reynosa, Mexico
Update: Death toll up to 26. Reynosa, Mexico - 10 People were killed after a blaze had ripped through a gas refinery owned by Pemex. The fire had damaged pipes and valves, but the fire itself has been put out. An investigation is still going on as to what caused the fire.
