Lords block Brexit Internal Market Bill clause that "breaks international law"
The House of Lords voted down clause 42 and 43 of the Internal Market Bill which sought to allow ministers to override the Withdrawal Agreement signed with the EU. 433 peers voted against the clauses, while 165 voted in favour.
