Toasted Pumpkin Seeds | Blackstone Griddles

This Collab is put on by ‪@Trumpetmaster77‬ I decided to make use of the pumpkin seeds leftover from the pumpkin carvings my son did this year. This is the first time I toasted pumpkin seeds. It has been raining all day long so I couldn’t do this outside like I wanted to. But my 22“ E Series from Blackstone works just great on days like this. I’m using my special blend of salt, pepper, garlic, and onion along with some Tajin seasoning. This is very easy to do on flat top, griddle, a roasting pan, or even in a smoker.
