It's not everyday that I run into a six pound enchilada. It's also not everyday that I work on a YouTube project with Erik The Electric, but Vidcon 2018 allowed me the chance to check off both rare boxes. The "Chupacabra Challenge" is only available at Vaqueros Mexican Restaurant in San Juan Capistrano, CA. You get 30 minutes to battle the beast for a chance at a free meal and a VIP card granting you a free taco every day for a year. Losers will pay $20. With no fanfare, no BS, and no Stalin, it's time to see if we could tame El Chupacabra, or if the massive enchilada made a meal out of us.
