A healthy energizing curry that anybody can make You can empty out your fridge into this delicious curry ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ ▶Ingredients 1cup curry (I used Ottogi curry) 3cup water (add more if needed) 400ml coconut milk 2 carrots 1 onion 4 potatoes 3 cloves garlic 8 mushroom 8 cherry tomatoes 1can lentils feel free to add other vegetables or whatever you have on hand ▶Recipe 1. Cut up all the vegetables to bitesize pieces 2. Start by adding the root vegetables as those will take longer to cook, until onions are cooked. 3. Add in the coconut milk and lentils 4. Make a slurry with curry powder and water as it will prevent clumps while cooking, and pour it in 4. Add in the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes 5. Cook until ready 6.
