Chicken Cheese Parcels Recipe | Quick and Easy Box Patties, Pockets (Ramadan Special) |Make and Freeze |: Ingredients: • Chicken (Minced ) – 800 grams • Mirchi (Red Chilli) Powder - 1 Table Spoon • Adrak- Laison (Ginger Garlic) Paste - 2 Table spoon • Haldi (turmeric) Powder - 1 Tea Spoon • Dhaniya (Coriander) Powder - 2 Tea Spoon • Zeera (Cummins) Powder - 2 Tea Spoon • Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tea Spoon • Kasturi Methi - 1 Table Spoon • Aginomoto salt - ½ Tea Spoon • Namak (Salt) - 1 Table Spoon ( According To Taste • Nimbu ka Rass (Lemon Juice) - 1/2 lemon juice • Dahi (Curd) - 2 Table spoon • Parsley - 1 Bunch • Hari Mirchi (Green Chilies) - 2 Pcs • Samosa Sheets - 90-100 sheets (to make 40-50 parcels) • Atta ( Flour) Paste - 1 Cup • Cheese - 300 Grams ( Slices) • Cooking oil (For Stuffing) - 1 Tea Spoon • Cooking oil (Frying) - As per your requirement Procedure: o Parcels Stuffing: o Wash the minced chicken and dry all the water (as much as possible) o Now add minced Chicken, Kasuri Methi Powder, Aginomoto salt, Haldi (Turmeric) powder Dhaniya (Coriander) Powder, Zeera (Cumin) Powder , Garam Masala Powder, Namak (Salt) and Adrak- Laison (Ginger Garlic) Paste and mix it well. o Now add Dahi (Curd), Nimbu ka Rass (Lemon Juice) and mix it well. o Now add little oil and mix it properly and keep it aside for marination (approx. 30 mins) o Now take cooking pan and add marinated chicken and cook it on medium flame, until it becomes dry. o Once the chicken becomes dry, off the flame and add chopped parsley and chopped hari mirchi (Green Chilies) and mix it well. And keep it aside for cooling o That’s it friends, Chicken parcels stuffing is ready now. o Parcels Procedure: o Take the samosa sheet and add the stuffing, cheese slice and wrap it as shown in video. o Apply Atta (flour) paste on each fold as shown in video. o Make sure that parcels are tightly packed and there is no opening at any edge. o Repeat the same procedure for all other. o That’s, it friends, Chicken cheese parcels are ready for frying/ storing. o Chicken cheese parcels Storing: o Now take an air tight zip storage bag and keep all the prepared Chicken cheese parcels evenly, and store it in refrigerator. o You can also store in Air tight container, and freeze it in refrigerator o By this you can store these Chicken cheese parcels for more than 2-3 weeks. o Chicken cheese parcels Frying: o In cooking pan, add oil for frying and warm it(medium). o Now bring the frozen Chicken cheese parcels (or Chicken cheese parcels) and put in warm oil and fry it on medium flame. o On regular intervals turn Chicken cheese parcels, so that it gets fried all together. o Once the Chicken cheese parcels get golden color, remove it from oil. o That’s, it friends, Chicken cheese parcels Samosa is ready to serve. o Serve it with tomato sauce and mayonnaise or cocktail sauce Hope you like this video.
