Today I'm testing out Laura in the Kitchen's recipe for Sea Salt Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookies. Think of these as a grown-up version of peanut butter cookies. They have the chewiness and gooeyness of a classic chocolate chip cookie, but with a rich, toasty, nutty flavor from tahini. The recipe came together really fast and without a lot of fuss -- just be sure to stop & scrape your mixer to ensure everything's evenly combined.
