It just ticked all the boxes - fresh, tangy, creamy -- and with that blue cheese punch? STOP! Here's how to make it! Turkey Cobb Burger (Makes 4) Ingredients: *Ground turkey, 2 lbs, formed into 4 patties *Hamburger buns *Red onion, sliced *Avocado, sliced and seasoned *Tomato, sliced and seasoned *Bacon 5-, crumbled *Blue Cheese, crumbled *Sharp cheddar, sliced *Spring Mix lettuce, medium sized bowlful *Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt to taste Our FAVORITE Blue Cheese Vinaigrette (makes a jar full) Ingredients: 1 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley and basil 2 minced garlic cloves 1/4 cup blue cheese 1 tbsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper Directions: Add your spring mix to a medium sized bowl, add some chopped bacon, liberally apply dressing and toss. Fry the patties in a cast iron, with butter or on the grill. Melt cheddar cheese slices on top in final minutes. Place patty on hamburger bun. Add lots of dressed salad on top of the patty. Add slices red onion, seasoned tomato and slices of seasoned avocado. Add more blue cheese chunks, then top with hamburger bun. Eat it and cry. That's how good it is. Enjoy!
