Planted low-tech shrimp jar aquarium | no filter no co2

A friend sent me this glass jar and the great self-made stand! I thought about trying something new and created an tiny aquajar ecosystem for shrimps and snails from this small cylindrical glass with a capacity of only 700 ml. It works completely without filtration and fertilization. Will that tiny aquarium work?
