Brexit deal collapses amid Irish border dispute
The UK and EU have failed to reach an agreement to move to the next stage of Brexit negotiations. As talks began, the mood in Brussels was more hopeful - but a potential deal was reportedly rejected after the DUP reacted angrily reacted to possible concessions over the Irish border issue. Talks are due to resume later in the week.
