100% Veg Biryani πŸ₯•πŸšπŸ«›. This recipe settles the debate once and for all - there is such a thing as veg biryani. Biryani and pulao are entirely different, so there's no need to be confused or spread misinformation. Veg biryani recipe Step 1: In a big mixing bowl take Carrot 1cup Beans 1cup Peas 1/2cup Cauliflower 1cup Mushroom 1cup Ginger garlic paste 2tsp Salt 2tsp Chilli powder 2tsp Biryani masala 4tsp Mint coriander 1tbsp Curd 400gms Marinade all this and keep it atleat for 2hours. Step 2: Boil 2Itr of water with Cinnamon stick 1/2inch Cardamom 3-4 Cloves 5-7 Black Cardamom 1 Salt 2tsp and then add 500 gms of washed rice and boil it until it's 90% done. Step 3: Take big biryani pot heat it up and then add Oil 20ml Jeera 1tsp Sliced onions 500gms Cook it untill brown and then add marinated vegetables and once's it cooked layer up the cooked rice and keep it on dumplings for 10mins on low flame.
