The House Foreign Affairs Committee holds a hearing to examine the Biden Administration's preparation for the Afghanistan withdrawal. According to a report by House Republicans, "The administration repeatedly delayed critical action that was necessary to mitigate the likely consequences of the decision to withdraw.
